TIPS
Men:
If you want to save some money, take your wallet out from your seat. Something as simple as sitting on a wallet can disturb your structural posture and lead to many imbalances that will cause future aches and pain. Small things like this DO add up over time!

Women:
If you want to save some money, be wary of your purses and high heels. Switch your purse hand/shoulder and schedule these times as your workout if your bag is heavy. Same goes for high heels, they look great, but with improper core stability, they can be a nightmare with future low back pain. Use these times to consciously flex and stabilize your core, while walking with exuding confidence. Please watch out for the sidewalk vents in DC.
